Microbrewery: stop struggling, think ahead!
A new business model to structurally boost the sales of you micro-brewery,
in steps of 100 hl per year thanks to Streetbrewers nano-breweries.
The (sur)vival of a microbrewery is not easy
- Growth problems: Microbreweries often imitate the model of large breweries and aim for geographical expansion. But they cannot benefit from the same economies of scale in terms of production, promotion, and distribution.
- Market saturation: The craft beer segment has reached a point where supply exceeds demand, exposing the limits of the current model.
How to counter this?
- Do not copy the big brands by trying to be everywhere: your fellow microbrewers are doing the same, and the big players are waiting for the sector to weaken.
- Do not spread your efforts too thin: focus your promotion and distribution on sustainable partnerships that guarantee a steady volume.
- Be a clear alternative to the big brands by offering horeca clients a way to stand out through a unique experience.
The opportunity: the rise of brewpubs
In the United States, a strong trend has developed over the past ten years: brewpubs. These establishments brew and serve their beer on site, attracting a clientele willing to trade immediate diversity for freshly brewed and affordable beer.
Their key strengths:
- Local roots: deeply anchored in the community.
- Transparency: an open and honest production process.
- Community: a sense of belonging and local pride.

Our answer: the Streetbrewers nano-brewery
A professional, autonomous, modular, and interactive installation, suitable for any type of horeca establishment (bar, restaurant, hotel), with a capacity of 50 hl/year.
How does it work?
- You purchase a Streetbrewers nano-brewery (rental options possible).
- You install it in a horeca venue of your choice and manage it until your client can operate it independently.
- The horeca venue becomes a mini-brewpub under your brand (the horeca buys the beer brewed on site from you at the same price as your other beers).
- In return, the horeca commits to purchasing a guaranteed volume (e.g., 100 hl/year) from you.
- Workshops can be co-organized, with revenues shared.
- Thanks to production and workshops, the payback period for the nano-brewery is less than 3 years.
- Each partnership is exclusive: once an establishment is linked to your microbrewery, it will not be offered to other brewers.
Advantages for your microbrewery
- Optimization of promotion and distribution.
- Increase and secure production with a guaranteed volume contract.
- Association of your brand with values such as local, transparency, and community.
Advantages for horeca
- Strong differentiation from the competition: in-house production + unique experience.
- New customers and stronger loyalty.
- Less dependence on staff thanks to an automatic brewery and the ability to plan events.
- Customer experience: freshly brewed beer, activities, workshops.
